I have been working as a clinical counselor for over 25 years now. When something awful happens we each find ways to survive and often those ways get the better of us. I find it a great privilege to walk alongside people who are suffering from traumatic experiences and any resulting depression, anxiety, mood disorders, or PTSD. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, IFS informed therapy, and spiritual care (for those desiring this) to help my clients find healing and freedom.
